These terms apply when you use the Kulip Mac app and kulip.app. By using Kulip you agree to them.
Kulip is in a private pilot. Features change often, and some may be removed. We fix problems as fast as we can, but we do not promise the app will always be available or free of errors.
Each job is agreed before it starts: what will be done, how many tries, the time and the price. You pay for a job only if you accept the result; if you are not happy, you are not charged. Some versions of Kulip are covered by a single agreed fee instead. No payment is ever taken without your agreement.
You are responsible for your account and for what you ask Kulip to do. You keep all rights to your files and to the work Kulip produces for you.
When you connect another service, such as Google Ads, you use it under that service's own terms, and you confirm that you are allowed to manage the account you connect. Kulip only reads and changes what you permit, and never makes a change you have not confirmed. You remain responsible for your account's compliance with that service's policies, including the Google Ad Grants rules.
Do not use Kulip to break the law, to harm others, to send spam, or to try to break or overload Kulip or the services it connects to.
Kulip is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or ad spend, that come from using Kulip. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.
You can stop using Kulip and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
If these terms change, we update this page and its date, and tell you in the app about any important change.
